1. Returns
- We accept returns only in the case of defective, damaged, or wrong products received.
- To be eligible for a return, the saree must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition as delivered, along with original tags and packaging.
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products purchased during sale/discount offers are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Customized, tailored, or made-to-order sarees cannot be returned.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get another product, kindly place a new order after your return is approved.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please email us at manisha@rainbowdrapes.in with your order number, product details, and reason for return. Our support team will guide you through the process.
